Catalina Yachts acquired Morgan Yachts in May of 1984. Following the acquisition, the Largo, Florida-based company became the Morgan Division of Catalina, focusing on cruising and charter boats and continuing to build several of the original Morgan designs. Catalina/Morgan Yachts are known for their solid construction and comfortable interiors. Some of their more popular models include:
