Dave Lee brings a lifetime of on-the-water experience and a deep mechanical understanding to the Murray Yacht Sales team. Having started boating with his family in 1969, Dave’s passion for the water spans decades and coastlines, from the Pacific Ocean and inland lakes to the Gulf Coast. His background as an ASE-certified automotive repair technician translates into a robust, practical knowledge of both gasoline and diesel marine engines. Crucially, Dave possesses a unique talent for breaking down complex, technical vessel specifications into clear, easily understandable terms for his clients.
A cornerstone of Dave’s approach as a broker is his consultative nature – he excels at matching buyers with the absolute best equipment for their specific needs and use cycle. His comprehensive understanding of hull designs allows him to articulate exactly how different characteristics translate into real-world strengths and weaknesses for the operator. Currently an active member of the Pointe Yacht Club in Josephine, Alabama, Dave enjoys everything from competitive yacht club regattas to extended powerboat cruises along the Florida Panhandle, keeping his finger firmly on the pulse of the Gulf Coast boating lifestyle.
