- This 1988 Tartan 31 has been meticulously kept up by her knowledgeable owner. With thoughtful upgrades and ongoing maintenance the quality of Tartan construction still shows in a beautiful seaworthy small yacht. Well equipped with Dometic 16,000 Btu AC (9/2023,) Fischer-Panda 4.2 KW generator (2014,) one Lewmar 40ST Electric winch, new Sails in 2009 (with light use,) and much more
ACCOMODATIONS
- Forward cabin has a vee-berth, with a bureau and hanging locker to starboard, one overhead hatch, reading lights and access to the head compartment to port.
- In the wet head there is one opening port, a Raritan PHE II electric toilet and a sink.
- The salon table folds against the bulkhead to provide much more room in the boa when it is stowed. The opposing settees will seat up to six people.
- The galley to starboard features a CNG two burner stove with oven, Nova Kool refrigeration and a single deep stainless steel sink.
- The forward facing nav station has a drop down desktop just to port of the companionway
- The double quarter-berth measures 7’ x 5’
