March 2024 - Work by Seminole Marine, FL:

• Haul and paint bottom, replaced Zincs.
• Rebed rudder post.

• September 2024 - Work by Jesse Viveros Marine Electrical (~ $ 8,380.57); Installed Victron AGM Super Cycle Battery and battery charger; Installed and rewired electrical pane.

HULL & DECK:

• Hull Construction is laid-up Fiberglass (FRP) and core-cell foam throughout.
• FRP composite over core material Cored decks fore & aft w/ Core Cell and Balsa - No area indications of delamination per 2023 survey.
• Red Awlgrip / Awlcraft 2000 on hull, white boottop, smooth black ablative-type antifouling bottom (bottom 2025).
• Moulded FRP keel with skeg to protect 4 - bladed prop.
• 1 1/8" S/S bow rail with teak bow pulpit, extending to windshield. 
• Two white Pompanette helm and companion chairs, which fold down.
• Toast colored bimini top, with arch to mount radar.
• Bomar forward bow hatch and 5 S/S opening ports.
• S/S 1/2 round striker plate to rubrail.
• Cream colored cockpit fiberglass decks.
• 5 coats Epifanes Varnish finish on exterior teak around windshield & toerails with S/S caps, in good condition (2024).
• Striped tan / white Sunbrella cushions for engine box and transom seats.

TANKAGE: 

Fuel: 100 gallons in two aluminum tanks.

Water: (1)  20 gallon  poly tank.

Holding: 13 gallons with y-valve - sellers have never used.

• Single 1996 Yanmar 4LH-DTE diesel (2016 Rebuilt by Niemiec Marine in New Bedford, MA), 170 hp, 4 cylinder 4-cycle, FWC Turbo - Intercooled (Serial # 23024 ); 2842 hours total on engine. 
• ZF Hurth Marine transmission, HSW 450 A2; Ratio 1.51 :1.51; Serial #. 25 24020 G.
• FRP Skeg to protect 4 bladed prop.
• Turbo charged.
• 1 1/2" S/S dripless shaft (2024).

• Jabsco marine head to port with 11 gallon poly holding tank. Not used by owner but works.
