If your ball bearing block is not running well, you can try a drop of McLube One Drop. If that doesn’t work, you probably need to replace the block. Absolutely never use Sailkote on your roller bearing blocks, tracks, etc. as this will over lubricate your bearings preventing the bearings from rolling properly and causing flat spots in them, impairing the function of the block.
