Description
This 2018 Beneteau 38.1 is a dream to sail & cruise with roller furling main and jib, electric winches and bow thruster. The Fischer Panda Genset allows for comfort with AC/Heat off the dock. The hydraulic swim platform creates an open cockpit for easy access to the swim ladder and the underwater LED lights illuminate the water and allows an incredible view below while the blue spreader lights add to the comfort at anchorage or on the dock.
The large open cockpit with a full bimini shade is comfortable and inviting with teak bench seats, cockpit cushions and a beautiful deluxe epoxy teak table.

Disclosure
A check valve in the AC condensate removal system failed, fresh lake water leaked resulting in approximately
2" of water level over the floorboards. The boat was dried, cause of the leak corrected. The following quote
is from the damage report: "During the visit of 6/12/21 carpentry exhibited a slightly elevated level
and very minor staining/movement in limited areas however no delamination. DAMAGE
OBSERVED-Mainly consist of water damage to electrical components." Battery charger and
some electrical wiring was replaced.
