I contacted Skip Barker to list my Island Packet 37. Skip drove down an hour forty five the same day I contacted him to look at the boat as I was leaving Port Charlotte the next day. This situation was a little different as my home is 700 miles from where the boat was located. Skip immediately struck me as someone who is honest and very ethical and he knows sail boats. Skip never promised me the moon as some sales people have a tendency to do. He was very good at providing information that I needed or should hear and not feeding me information I may have wanted to hear. The sales process went very smoothly and Skip kept me abreast of everything that was going on. Paperwork and signatures were all done online and the sales process was absolutely painless. I had a really good experience working with Skip from Murray Yacht Sales as my buyer broker. Skip is knowledgeable, patient, and I always felt like he had my best interests out in front. I never felt pressured and he both listened to what I thought I wanted, but helped me think more deeply about what I was looking for, and then helped me find it!

Let me tell you about Murray Yacht Sales and Skip Barker. My wife and I came to Florida in search of a sailboat to continue our nomadic lifestyle of travel.
