CIBS 2015The 20th CIBS in Shanghai ended a few days ago. For Beneteau it was the 10th time taking part in this boat show and the Chinese public came in large numbers to admire the new Oceanis 35 and the Flyer 7 on show.
A partnership with the China Cup was also established with a view to offering sailing courses to the public on the Oceanis 35, specially privatised for this purpose.
During the show, Beneteau Asia and Simpson Marine announced their support of Mr. Er Dongqiang in his project to sail the Silk Road by the sea.
Lastly, the CIBS 2015 awarded the Oceanis 38 with the prize for best sailing yacht in the under 45-foot category. This award is justified by Beneteau’s leading position on the Asian market last season.
