The Beneteau Group said Christopher Caudrelier will take over as chief financial officer for the group, effective Thursday, freeing current CFO Patrick Guilloux to assume the role of chief operating officer for U.S. operations.
Guilloux, who will be based in Annapolis, Md., will be responsible for North American territories, South America and corporate functions that include finance, human resources, legal, information technology, purchasing and general services.
He will become a board member of the Beneteau Group and will contribute to Rec Boats Holdings’ integration into the group and see to “accelerated implementation of synergies in all business lines,” Beneteau Group said in a statement.
Beneteau Group bought Rec Boat Holdings from Platinum Equity last June, saying the brands would help the group to further penetrate the North American powerboat market.
Caudrelier, 46, began his career at Arthur Andersen. Three years later, he joined the Valeo Group, where he was controller and CFO before joining DCNS as CFO. He graduated from the School of Commerce de Paris.
