COMMENTS: KATY JEAN is a 1984 Pearson 34 Sloop which looks much younger than her years, due to her caring ownership. Her present owner bought her in 2020 and did some significant upgrades which include new S/S standing rigging and new running rigging, new Garmin GPS Map and Radar, new VHF and AIS, new custom boarding platform, new mattress topper, and new Roller Furling for genoa. Her teak interior is very attractive and well maintained. Her Roller Furling main and genoa were new in 2016, and make sail handling very easy if short handed. KATY JEAN is a well-built, fast cruising vessel that will not disappoint.
