1997 Crescent 114' _{(34.75 m)} Custom 114

Aft Cockpit

One of the features that immediately separates NOYA HILL from many yachts of this size is her large, practical aft fishing cockpit.

This is a genuine working space rather than simply a boarding platform. The cockpit includes a livewell, substantial storage and direct access to the engine room.

High bulwarks and substantial railings surround the aft working area, providing an excellent feeling of security when handling lines, fishing or moving around the yacht in less-than-ideal conditions.

Stairs lead up to the expansive aft deck.

Aft Deck

The aft deck is exceptionally large and is ideally arranged for entertaining.

The space features newer exterior upholstery, teak decking and a substantial dining arrangement.

The dining table is intelligently divided into two sections. This simple detail makes the area much easier to use than a single long table, allowing guests to move in and out without having to climb around the table.

Additional loose seating provides flexibility for entertaining or relaxing.

With the yacht's nearly 25-foot beam, this area has the space to comfortably accommodate a large group.

A double opening door provides separation between the aft deck and the interior when desired.

Main Salon

The main salon is one of NOYA HILL's most impressive interior spaces.

Her 24.7-foot beam allows for wide side passageways while still providing an enormous central salon.

The result is an unusually spacious interior for a 114-foot yacht.

Beautiful shiplap paneling, traditional woodwork and rich cabinetry create a warm, classic atmosphere throughout.

Large portlights provide excellent natural light and allow guests to remain connected with the surrounding environment while underway or at anchor.

The salon furniture is loose rather than permanently built in, providing the future owner with considerable flexibility to rearrange the space or update the décor.

A large approximately 60-inch Samsung television rises electrically from cabinetry when desired and disappears completely when not in use.

Forward is a substantial seating area capable of accommodating approximately 10 guests, making the salon ideal for entertaining.

A conveniently located day head is nearby.

Master Stateroom

The full-beam master stateroom is positioned in an excellent location within the yacht, forward of the engine room and aft of the forward guest areas.

This positioning places the master well away from the more pronounced motion found in the bow while also providing separation from the main guest areas.

The result is an exceptionally comfortable space underway.

The master features:

• Large king-size berth • Full-beam accommodation • Extensive cabinetry • Large hanging lockers • Abundant storage • Fold-out desk/workspace • Television cabinet • Beautiful traditional woodwork • Large opening ports

The amount of storage throughout the master is particularly impressive and reflects the yacht's original design philosophy of supporting extended time aboard.

Master Head

The master head is spacious and exceptionally well equipped.

Features include:

• His-and-hers sinks • Extensive storage • Large mirrors • Generous shower • Opening portlight • Heated towel rack • Quality traditional cabinetry

The large shower and excellent storage make this a very comfortable long-range cruising owner's suite.

Guest Accommodations

Port Aft Guest Stateroom

The port aft guest cabin features twin side-by-side berths and is particularly well suited for children, family or flexible guest use.

The cabin includes extensive storage and its own ensuite head/shower arrangement.

A Headhunter Royal Flush toilet system is fitted.

Starboard Aft VIP Guest Stateroom

The starboard aft cabin is configured as a queen-size VIP stateroom with substantial storage and its own ensuite head and shower.

The guest cabins are arranged around a central guest lobby, providing privacy and easy access to the accommodations.

Laundry

A dedicated laundry area is conveniently located off the lower guest lobby.

Equipment includes:

• Full-size Maytag washer • Full-size Maytag dryer • Laundry sink • Additional storage

Note: Additional laundry area in crew area featuring an additional full size Bosch Axxis + washer and dryer.

Galley

The galley is designed for serious cruising and extended time aboard.

A combination of commercial-style work surfaces, excellent refrigeration capacity and substantial pantry storage makes this a highly functional working galley.

Equipment includes:

• Viking refrigerator • Viking freezer • Newer induction cooktop • Wolf oven • Stainless-steel Miller dishwasher • Dual sink • Garbage disposal • Water filtration • Appliance garage • Drink refrigerator • Extensive cabinetry • Large pantry • Stainless-steel countertops

The galley has a particularly practical layout, with generous workspace and storage.

Forward is an informal dining area that can also function as a crew mess, breakfast area or casual family dining space.

Teak-and-holly decking continues through this area and is in notably good condition.

Pilothouse

The pilothouse provides a traditional professional navigation environment with excellent visibility and considerable room for navigation equipment, charts and system controls.

Equipment observed includes:

• Furuno navigation electronics • Furuno radar • Furuno GPS • Furuno autopilot • Furuno VHF • Newer Furuno touchscreen display • Additional autopilot controls • Engine controls • Hydraulic Bow thruster controls • Chart table • Chart drawers • Additional storage

The electrical breaker panels are conveniently located and readily accessible for maintenance and troubleshooting.

Flybridge

The flybridge is an outstanding entertaining and cruising space.

The upper helm features dual helm chairs, while aft is a large L-shaped settee and dining table.

There is additional loose seating that allows the area to be configured for dining, entertaining or lounging.

The flybridge wet bar includes:

• Refrigerator • Ice maker • Sink • Storage

The enormous aft boat-deck area provides substantial space for carrying a tender and additional equipment.

The yacht is equipped with a tender davit system.

Two six-person life rafts are carried aboard, providing a total rated capacity of 12 persons.

The upper deck also carries:

• Dual radar arrays • KVH satellite communications system • Additional deck storage • DCS Fisher & Paykel grill

The outdoor galley/grill area makes this an especially attractive space for long summer days and evenings on the water.

Foredeck & Side Decks

The side decks are broad and practical, with high bulwarks and substantial railings throughout.

The yacht's teak capping rails are particularly impressive.

The substantial teak rail along the starboard side is a beautiful example of the traditional craftsmanship found throughout this Crescent.

It is difficult to reproduce this type of large, continuous teak work on modern yachts.

The forward deck features a comfortable seating area with excellent visibility and is an ideal location for relaxing while underway or enjoying the scenery at anchor.

A large bosun's locker provides significant forward storage.

The anchor arrangement includes dual Maxwell windlasses.

The yacht's high bulwarks and stainless-steel rail extensions forward provide a particularly secure feeling when moving around the bow.

Engine Room

The engine room is one of the strongest features of NOYA HILL.

It is large, clean, exceptionally accessible and laid out with maintenance in mind.

There is substantial room to move around the main engines and access the surrounding machinery.

Main Engines Twin Detroit Diesel 16V92TA

• Approximately 1,450 HP each (2,900 HP combined) • Approximately 21-knot top speed • 12-knot economical cruising speed • Approximately 2,000 nautical mile range

The distinctive Detroit Diesel 16V92 engines are a classic choice for a yacht of this generation, and the engine room provides excellent access for routine servicing.

Electrical System

A significant feature of the current vessel is the upgraded Victron Energy electrical system.

The engine room contains:

• Dual Victron Quattro inverter/chargers • 5,000-watt Victron Quattro • Additional charger • Upgraded electrical distribution • Accessible AC/DC breakers • Extensive electrical service equipment

The breaker and electrical compartments are clean and easy to access.

Generators

NOYA HILL is equipped with twin Northern Lights generators, providing redundant onboard power generation.

The generator spaces are clean and accessible, with excellent service access.

Watermaker

A Max Q FCI watermaker is installed, with associated membranes and water-treatment equipment.

This capacity, combined with the yacht's substantial tankage and range, makes her well suited to extended cruising away from shore-based facilities.

Stabilization & Hydraulics

NOYA HILL is equipped with Naiad stabilizers.

The associated hydraulic systems are located within the machinery spaces and provide additional comfort while underway.

The engine room also contains hydraulic equipment and a PTO system.

Engine Room Support Equipment

The machinery spaces include an impressive selection of equipment intended to make extended cruising and maintenance easier, including:

• Pneumatic air system • Pneumatic hose reel • Electrical service reel • Hydraulic systems • Hydraulic PTO • Steering gear • Central vacuum • Trash compactor • Ice maker • Utility sink • Wet-gear storage • Parts storage • Extensive machinery-room storage • Air-conditioning equipment • Additional electrical distribution

The generous working space around the engines and machinery is particularly noteworthy.

For an owner who intends to cruise extensively, this is a major advantage.

Crew Accommodations

NOYA HILL was designed to operate with a four-person crew.

The crew quarters include:

• Three crew staterooms – two double bed berths with ensuite and one side by side single bed berth forward with shared ensuite head • Two crew heads • Dedicated crew/service areas • Laundry/service facilities • Substantial storage

The crew accommodations are separated from the guest spaces, allowing professional operation without compromising owner and guest privacy.

Cruising Capability

NOYA HILL's semi-displacement hull provides a combination of speed and long-range capability that is particularly attractive for the Pacific Northwest.

With approximately 2,000 nautical miles of range, she can comfortably support extended cruising itineraries while maintaining the speed necessary to cover significant distances when required.

Her approximately 6-foot draft provides access to a wide variety of cruising destinations while her 24.7-foot beam contributes significantly to her stability and enormous interior volume.

The yacht's layout and systems make her especially well suited to:

Pacific Northwest cruising West Coast USA & Mexico British Columbia Southeast Alaska Inside Passage exploration Long-range coastal cruising Fishing and sportfishing Family cruising Extended stays aboard Large-group entertaining

Construction & Design

Built in 1997 by Crescent Custom Yachts in Surrey, British Columbia, NOYA HILL represents the era of custom yacht construction when significant amounts of hand-finished joinery, substantial teak work and highly individualized layouts were incorporated into large motor yachts.

Her GRP/composite construction, semi-displacement hull and substantial beam create a combination of durability, volume and performance.

The traditional interior includes extensive:

• Custom wood joinery • Shiplap paneling • Teak-and-holly flooring • Large opening ports • Custom cabinetry • Substantial teak rails • High bulwarks

The Crescent Difference

NOYA HILL represents a type of yacht that is becoming increasingly rare.

Her appeal isn't based solely on her length or appearance. It is the combination of volume, construction, machinery access, storage, practical deck space, traditional craftsmanship and cruising capability that makes this yacht particularly interesting.

The nearly 25-foot beam gives her an enormous amount of usable space.

The high bulwarks and substantial rails make moving around the decks feel secure.

The aft cockpit provides a genuine working/fishing area.

The flybridge offers the space of a much larger yacht.

The full-beam master is positioned for comfortable cruising.

And below deck, the engine room provides the kind of working space that serious owners and professional crews appreciate.

For buyers who have been searching for a 114-foot custom yacht capable of extended Pacific Northwest and Alaska cruising, NOYA HILL deserves serious consideration.

She combines the timeless appeal of a classic custom yacht with a number of modernized systems and equipment upgrades, while retaining the substantial craftsmanship and character for which Crescent yachts of this era are known.
