DISCLOSURES
Tortola was in charter with the Moorings until 2016. The boat sustained minor damage and lost the mast in hurricane Irma. All damage was professionally repaired including replacing the mast and standing rigging. Information concerning the damage and verification of the repairs is available to a buyer’s surveyor. The life raft is out of date and needs to be repacked or replaced by the buyer.
